Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (金百利廣場)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無論你係咩世代,傷心酸辣粉都係代表青春嘅回憶。 由讀書時期食到成為社會人,味道配菜唔係非常突出,但總係好似食屋企飯咁有親切感。久唔久就會過嚟食下,嗰日同同事過嚟食傷心酸辣粉嘅中午套餐。銅鑼灣店晏晝都係坐咗三分一人,仲有好多張枱係一個人食(可見大家對呢間餐廳幾有親切感)每次去法國傷心酸辣粉嘅價錢都會微跳 ,不過喺百物騰貴嘅時代,係接受程度。傷心酸辣粉轉紅薯粉(中辣)配豬耳 。 傷心酸辣粉嘅配菜係擺位恰當, 遇著有對配菜有偏愛嘅食嚇客,隔開一邊就得,唔需要撈埋一齊。每次我都要賺傷心酸辣粉嘅花生粒粒脆口 花生夠香肉碎肥肉較多,辣味掩蓋咗豬味係傷心酸辣粉嘅特色,重點放喺紅薯粉度同小菜。 紅薯粉唔知係咪煮耐咗?定係轉牌子?比較難咬。。 咁多年佢哋都冇剪麵服務,不過下次會問同姐姐講要剪開啲麵豬耳脆口又薄身,同出面舖頭份量差唔多, 我個人就好欣賞切到咁脆薄嘅豬耳 整體嚟講都係滿意嘅,坐咗幾耐傷心酸辣粉食店就都唔會趕你走(當然我都坐得唔耐),服務姐姐態度親切,上菜又快,水準穩定下次叫佢剪麵先
