去完青衣探朋友BB,之後再落青衣城食飯,發現地下個層有間新開新派茶餐廳「三點三冰室」大排長龍,於是一試究竟。三點三雜扒:媲美扒房既質素,呈菜時滋滋炸炸聲,充滿回憶感,煙肉🥓煎至金黃焦香,豬油滋豐腴,外脆卜卜。司華力腸脆卜卜,𠝹好曬花紋美觀得很。重頭戲係大過我手掌既豬扒,食得出沒有鬆肉粉,很容易撕開,豬肉呈一絲絲質感,偶爾塔配肥膏部分,層次豐富。仲有毫不吝嗇的巨大雞扒,重到差點拎吾起。芝士蝦多士:口痕想叫小食,蝦多士用上蝦膠燴入香脆多士中,帶有蝦粒顆粒感,一對半切開,流心芝士溢出,喜歡蘸上沙律醬解一解細膩,不俗。二世祖撈丁:呢盤根本係新年菜,有香菇、軟嫩帶子、仲有鮑魚仔,加埋邪惡撈丁,根本無輸,加埋辣椒油就更上一層樓,喜歡佢撈丁吾會太干柴太重口味,坊間有時會太多味精,不過呢到無,比較淡口味版。妙齡乳鴿:估吾到茶記都有乳鴿食,一開二慢慢LUN,有點驚艷是乳鴿到做到酒樓質素,外脆保持多汁,肉質嫩滑可一絲絲撕開,怕吾夠味又可以蘸上准鹽。黑白多士:用上毫不吝嗇的香濃芝麻醬,加上煉奶、真是黑白配,芝麻醬帶顆粒感,幼滑煉奶配合得相得益彰。雪糕紅豆🫘冰:雪糕🍦是香草味,質感帶黏性,玩上煲焾曬的紅豆🫘,
