此店前身為俊達茶餐廳小廚,在置富產業接管後,商場大部分店鋪都裝修過,而這家店在裝修後適逢店主的兒子出世,將店名加多一個"晞"字,變成俊達晞餐廳小廚。餐廳東主同時將旁邊原有的補習社位置也一併租下,再加上落地大玻璃,令整個茶餐廳變得煥然一新。環境茶記一間,雖然比不上大酒樓環境舒適,亦不便坐太耐,但招呼意外咁好,原來同行友人是這裡的熟客。餐牌方面,有早餐午餐供應,午市賣粉麵及碟頭飯,晚市主要做小菜,而小菜是散叫形式,無包埋例湯、白飯的套餐服務鹵水拼盤 HK$60 ~ 拼盤包括墨魚、大腸、紅腸、豬頭肉……樣樣執啲,個人覺得質素一般,鹵水唔夠香紅燒豆腐 HK$55涼瓜炒滑蛋 HK$55蒜蓉油麥菜 HK$45椒鹽九肚魚 HK$62 ~ 九肚魚炸得嫩滑,椒鹽味啱啱好,非常香口惹味蛋煎蠔餅 HK$55~ 好吃,香脆不會成口漿,而且好足料,很多蠔仔
