Restaurant: Fat Belly Butcher & Gin House

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這店真是一間不錯的扒房,扒類的價錢是根據你所選的扒去磅重去決定,我食過兩次,一次$208,另一次就$230左右,叫扒佢會送兩個side dish,佢嘅油飯、薯條同沙律都唔錯,薯蓉就似乎無咁理想。另外佢D Gin都唔錯,難得大埔有一間咁專業嘅Gin Bar。雖然睇落成$2XX一份扒,不過佢嘅質素相當高,我估如果市區食起碼要$3XX。
