To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 靚景優質食物都無用

通關後禮拜六午市，之前打電話問有冇訂枱，職員話冇。Walk in 都預咗要等位，12:40到現場，取飛（6人）見到仲有兩張就到，斷估都係等多半個鐘。點知明明見到有啲6人枱走人，個叫飛都唔跳，但放咗一啲話訂咗枱嘅客入場。火都嚟，問清楚個知客，仲西口西面話訂枱滿咗，所以答你冇得訂枱。咁你唔早響？問佢要等幾耐，佢仲話有好多客訂咗，答唔到。個時我望錶，1:15，佢夠膽放訂咗1:45啲客入去。真係可以當你透明😡。為咗討回公道，唯有質問個知客，係咪當我哋Walk in客死？經過一輪擾嚷，終於要叫經理，成班人先死死氣叫坐咗超過90分鐘客人埋單，放Walk in 客入場。就算有靚景美食，俾呢班倒米職員咁搞，神仙都難救。
