To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物方面，其實選擇真係比較少，本身係有生蠔既，但前一日confirm booking先知冇生蠔了🫠中西式熱蕈都係得4款左右，對比起其他酒店自助餐就較為少😶冷盤同刺生都係一啲比較大路既款式，例如係三文魚甜蝦八爪魚等等，都幾肥美新鮮，而冷盤就有蟹鉗蟹腳青口三點蟹等等，款式都算多，同埋refill得好快😳中式熱食方面就較為少啦，燒味得乳豬同雞揀，冇小揀中意既叉燒，另外就係蛋白燴菜乳鴿同炒飯，其實5星級而言都真係算少選擇。而西式就有燴意粉，烤肉同即煎帶子，個燴意粉都幾好食外貌都幾有趣，係一個螺殻入面😳而帶子就配有松露醬，都幾清新😽
