同朋友喺尖沙咀行街嘅時候,即興想搵個地方坐底食野望海景,原本想去嘅餐廳原來已經執咗好耐,所以誤打誤撞就黎到呢度啦,不過都冇嚟錯😌除左叫左cocktail,我地仲叫左Spanish Style Fish and Chips做小食,好奇西班牙式同著名嘅英式Fish and Chips有咩唔同。原來Spanish Style 加左Pimenton,姐係紅甜椒粉,係西班牙料理入面相當重要嘅調味料之一。紅甜椒乾燥過後磨成粉之後,再經橡木桶煙燻同埋調味。經過Pimenton調味後再配上cheese非常之惹味😋食完可以去尖沙咀海旁散吓步,過一個寫意嘅夜晚🌃
