To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽聞這個日式 brunch Semi-buffet有無限長腳蟹腳供應,相信亦是此brunch最主要賣點。星期六的12點鐘到達,相當快就差不多全場滿座,室內裝修係靚的,日光充足,令人坐得舒服,適合邊食邊慢慢傾計。自助方面的食物選擇算少,但魚生同壽司都高質,帆立貝相當厚切,比個讚!另外燒物都幾好食,關東煮都好好味,Encore了兩次。反而主角長腳蟹令人失望,蟹肉只得一個鹹味,沒有蟹肉應有的鮮味,並且肉質有點柴,遲了一條之後已經不想再食。套餐另外每人可以選擇兩樣主菜,我地揀左燒鰻魚同A4和牛鐵板燒,呢兩款都對板,尤其是鰻魚,很厚一大塊,燒得表面香脆,入口油脂豐富,相當不錯。希望餐廳可以改善蟹的質素,增加自助食物的選項,咁就perfect啦!
