To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ritz Carlton cafe103今期同Givenchy合作有個pink afternoon tea🎀又係我最愛嘅粉紅色，趁住媽咪生日當然要去試吓～😍今次呢個Tea set份量都唔算少,有四款鹹點六款甜點，鹹點方面最鍾意個蟹肉魚子醬沙律包同迷迭香火腿配蜜糖芥末醬瑞士卷😋，味道幾突出個包軟熟，另外果兩款就中規中矩唔算突出～反而成個Tea set甜點方面幾出色😍👍🏻荔枝玫瑰杯：好fresh嘅配搭，裏面嘅cream好滑😋👍🏻紅桑子朱古力蛋糕：外面果層係酸酸地嘅紅桑子外層,裏面係好香濃嘅朱古力mousse蛋糕,呢個好好味！🤤👍🏻士多啤梨撻：呢個外型好特別，另外仲有一支好似唧唧冰咁細細支嘅紅桑子醬俾你唧上去，tart裏面係士多啤梨mousse,唔錯！🤤👍🏻鮮果麵包杯：上面有1塊品牌logo嘅白朱古力，而裏面嘅cream幾滑配埋啲鮮果醬一齊食中和左份油膩感🤤😋粉紅番石榴配雲呢拿蛋糕：口感香滑蛋糕濕潤，配上番石榴味幾特別😋👍🏻整體來講每款甜品都係幾出色，反而個鬆餅就水準一般，比較硬😕而且份量亦比較細小，滿足唔到我好鍾意食鬆餅嘅慾望tim ~🙁🤣🤭不過酒店都好好，見我哋慶祝生日另外仲送咗兩件小蛋
