To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公眾假期臨急臨忙約左朋友想食下午茶，間間酒店都話無得book，係walk in先到先得，打到去皇家太平洋酒店竟然有位！本住事旦有得食就得既心態望都無望過有乜食就訂左個下午茶去到，咦？無人既？死啦實係伏泥架喇，公眾假期都無人...仲嗌左個下午茶，唉算啦，當自己包左場，去食景啦店員幫我地一人斟左杯sparkling wine話今日每人都包一杯，然後話下午茶係即叫即做，大概等左15分鐘就有野食喇哇！好靚喎！佢既港女下午茶並唔係三層，而係只有一層，但都做到好靚，有個大棉花糖係上面好夢幻，我地心諗，靚既都應該不太好食，不過佢靚就已經當抵反架喇佢既下午茶有分咸點同甜點，食左咸既先，竟然每一道都好好味！甜點稍微失色，不過220一個人呢個價錢絕對係太抵呀！
