We picked the 75 minutes option for free flow sushi, sashimi and appetizers, plus main at $388 + 10%, with additional $38 for the dessert. They’re doing this on Fridays only.
The staff took good care of us and gently asked if we wanted more items and checked-in at the right timing to see if we’re done with our appetisers and ready for our mains.
The roasted free-range chicken with marinated rosemary and lemon got a perfect score for its look, smell and taste.
The pici pasta with seasonal Italian black truffle, porcini mushrooms and parmigiano was so flavourful. The portion was just right as pasta would be easy to make us too full, especially with the free flow appetisers, sushi and sashimi that we had prior.
Both desserts were very nice. The matcha cheesecake was much lighter than I thought. It’s more like a matcha panna cotta to me.
The Aqua’s signature tiramisu was delicately prepared and well balanced.
