Restaurant: Palace Wedding Banquet

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於變番4人限聚，可以約爸爸媽媽去飲茶喇！我哋今日去尖沙咀The One的煌府婚宴專門店飲茶，因為有BB車，所以我地要由地面開始總共轉三次升降機先上到去，都幾唔方便。入酒樓前要先登記個人資料或使用安心出行。星期六的中午時段酒樓的人數都好小，座位分得好開，我哋被安排到窗邊位置，可以一覽成個尖沙咀維港景色，覺得太陽太曬職員會幫忙較低個窗簾。煌府的點心選擇唔多，我哋叫左蠔皇叉燒包，柚皮鳳爪，碧綠鮮蝦腸粉，髮菜豬手，蜜汁叉燒米粉，原先仲叫左一碟炒河粉，點知漏左單，因為唔想再等就取消了。點心的味道不過不失，無太大驚喜，反而係碟蜜汁叉燒做得唔錯，肥瘦適中，大大塊，好入味！
