To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尖沙咀不少餐廳酒家都要 11點才開始營業,彩薈軒是少數10點開始營業的酒樓,可以揾到位之餘,枱也比較接近窗邊位置,開心地可以享受著靚海景飲茶。避免浪費,一個人的早茶最多只可以點三個點心,於是跟著它的得獎點心系列去叫了兩個點心,包括原隻鮑魚燒賣皇及真功夫潮州粉果,另加一個自己想食的牛肉腸。牛肉腸先到,厨師花了心思上碟。腸粉皮及牛肉都夠滑,味道不俗。鮑魚燒賣皇的鮑魚味道濃郁,燒賣皇由於加了很多新鮮蝦肉,味道爽脆鮮味,果然是佳作。我很喜歡吃潮州粉果,這裡的粉果給我一個驚喜。沒有太多肥肉,粉果的餡料爽脆清甜,皮也不算厚,下次再來飲茶的話,一定會再叫這個點心。下次會帶人一齊來試其他點心及菜式。
