最近到了一家有靚景靚裝修的餐廳用膳,走入餐廳,就見到由名師設計的燈海,室內格局甚有型格。坐下之後,雖然天色欠佳,但也可眺望維港靚景,愜意舒適,彰顯非凡的氛圍。週末午餐可以點主菜加半自助餐或單點烤肉扒加半自助餐,我們要了後者。半自助餐已包有頭盤及沙律,走了一圈,發覺選擇也不少:各式沙律菜、芝士、火腿、青口、凍蝦、墨西哥牛油果醬加脆片、煙三文魚青瓜沙律、西瓜沙律等琳琅滿目,比比皆是。每樣皆十分到味,爽的爽、甜的甜、鹹的鹹、各司其職。此外,不可不提的是有一款熱食洋蔥紅腰豆牛肉,洋蔥、牛肉粒以及紅腰豆的組合,還給予辣椒粉、芝士碎等自行添加,美味無比!美國USDA肉眼牛扒份量十足,友人要了半熟。上枱時店員會撒一些鹽粒,蘸些隨上的牛扒汁,帶少少辣,食味果然到位。肉質還好,但仍然未夠軟嫩,牛味亦較烯淡。小人的和牛西冷牛扒,卻失色很多。半熟的程度明顯煮過了火,肉質堅靭難嚼,每一口都要咬很久!況且這塊牛扒筋脛奇多,連續很多塊都不能吃。牛味是濃的,可惜真的食不下讌。薯條配咖哩蕃茄醬的粗薯條夠熱夠脆,薯肉也夠厚,奈何那所謂的咖哩蕃茄醬,根本沒有任何咖哩味,跟普通的蕃茄醬毫無分別,結果連本薯條控也未能清盤。一
