先即席加熱瓦鍋,再為我地分配~ 
用上花膠、螺頭、蟲草花、桂圓等材料慢燉12小時,連豬骨既軟骨都腍透。

原隻龍蝦排好上桌,既得體又有霸氣,唔似平日食龍蝦伊麵咁炒埋一團。
龍蝦外殼較薄,肉連殼炸香,蝦味更濃,肉質細嫩! 
炒麵用上全蛋幼麵,麵條炒得乾身入味,入口不感到油膩,每一條麵條都均勻的沾上醬油,
配埋用瑤柱金華火腿秘制成既XO醬,香味十足!!

《太極馬拉糕》

本身對蒸飽糕點興趣不大,卻每次飲茶都會點馬拉糕。
呢度既馬拉糕以原味黑糖、黑芝麻製成太極陰陽造型,口感鬆軟有蛋香~而我比較中意黑芝麻味,味道更突出~
