週六約咗前輩飲茶,是日天氣好好,原來放假對住維港咁靚嘅天同景食野,真係會有幸福嘅感覺餐廳是日望出去嘅景色,好天又靚餐廳內部裝修以木,香檳金,粉紫為主調!好啦來到正題野食,先來花之戀,即春卷,不過整到到成朵花咁,上面再撒上蟹籽,好見功夫同心思,味道蘇脆好味香檳金蝦餃,粉紫色粉皮上有金萡,賣相幾好,內餡蝦肉都好食,不過可能為做效果,皮個人覺得有小小厚。蟹籽黑豚肉燒賣,用左黑豚肉代替普通豬肉,黑豚肉嘅甘香,食材上已經冇得輸香煎黑豚肉小籠包,又係用黑豚肉代替普通豬肉,不過用煎嘅方式呈現,底層有脆片防煎穿又可以製造多一重口感,包內肉汁多到可以用吸嘅,系口感層次同味道上都系唔錯嘅呈現蘇皮菠蘿叉燒包,以一口式菠蘿包,皮做到好蘇脆,內餡叉燒多汁又唔太甜,唔錯古法金錢肚,原本見用哩個容器以為餐廳會加上蠟燭之類保溫,點知系冇嘅😅,所以系易凍,要快啲食,不過金錢肚都腍,唔難嚼埋單每人$263。假期有時間來哩間飲下早茶睇下維港景的確好令人心曠神怡,不過記得佢11點先營業,但都唔好晏去,因為人一多個感覺會冇咁正喔
