Happy Friday ,放工就去咗燒味舖到加送。之前都幫襯過,食過屋企人都大贊,所以周不時都會過嚟買燒味。除咗燒味,呢度仲有啲涼拌菜式,都好好味㗎。🦆至尊燒鵝(下庄) - $120一大隻燒鵝髀,脂肪同瘦肉嘅比例一半一半,會食到油脂感,加埋瘦嘅肉,就啱啱好。🐤客家鹽焗雞(半隻) - $35鹽焗雞幾入味,半隻嘅份量都幾多。🐖燒味佬叉燒 - $50最鍾意食半肥瘦嘅叉燒,咬落去好淋,依度嘅叉燒少少偏甜,幾啱個人口味。🥢泰式鳳爪海蜇 - $42海蜇十分爽口彈牙,做飯前小菜一流。鳳爪有少少酸辣,好開胃。
