To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日來到旺角，一樣上網搜尋推介茶餐廳，找到一間離地鐵站比較遠的。入內後本來想叫生滾豬潤麵，不過最後受唔住胡椒豬肚湯的誘惑。有驚喜是真有一碗湯(見到個湯碗大個個飯碗就知啦)，胡椒湯胡椒味十足，正中小弟喜愛的味道，豬肚正常，有咸菜同炸腐皮，整體份量正常，味道濃郁，小弟飲晒成碗湯後無口渴感，正明湯底好，無味精。唔知是女老闆定女職員見我夾起晒d芹，就話唔喜歡下次來時可以叫走芹，服務同態度十分好。店舖位少，一人來要搭枱，凍飲加8蚊有點貴，但上菜速度同服務就唔錯。
