To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為工作關係, 所以很多時都會出沒灣仔, 亦間中幫襯這間小舖.平日都會食個黎鯭粥同手撕雞粥, 今日食個較冷門的魚片碎牛粥, 同具水準.食粥最怕水汪汪, 一係怕"淡茂茂". 此店無論在粥底或選料都係水準之上. 早上係海皇同樣食左碗粥, 晨早流流D 花生已經唔脆, 反而一間小店呢D 細微野都照顧到.個糉我個人就覺得無乜特別, 15 蚊一隻都算合理, 但無用盲目聽"飲食男女"個份吹捧.值得一提是老闆Peter 哥, 本身鐘意釣魚, 最後興趣變為事業, 傾開計見佢非常投入介紹自已舖頭食品, 開舖頭賺錢固然緊要, 廿蚊碗粥都好有耐性介紹比你, 可見其投入及誠意.利東街因為重建關係, 附近好多舖頭都已關門大吉. 聽老闆講佢地可能會去到年尾. 若果街過利東街, 廿蚊碗粥都值得一試.
