To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日想食D啖口D既野,就黎左依到食粥,估唔到咁好食一黎到就叫左野食喇,好快就有得食,賣相好吸引,好似好多雞絲係個粥到,見到都流口水,粥底又夠靚,綿得黎仲見到米既形狀,不過食落又好軟,唔會硬,粥既本身已經有少少既鹹味加埋佢個雞絲味,岩哂,另外仲有叫個雲吞麵,一黎到當然要試下佢個湯, 入口都覺得都出面個D味道好唔同,不過都唔錯,清甜得黎又唔會無味,味道好強好濃,夾埋雲吞一齊食都唔錯,鮮味出哂黎,至於雲吞方面,雲吞皮夠哂薄,差不多睇到裹面,蝦就夠哂爽口但唔係急凍個隻，豬肉都好好味好香口,不過豬肉可以多番少少,但樣口感就仲正,最後食粥當然要叫埋炒麵,份量唔算太多,但我地就覺得岩岩好,雜菜唔算太多,但咁樣反而食到多D麵既味道,依個炒麵好夠火候,唔係分開D料黎炒個種,好味道。
