To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小妹今次去長洲搵野食~當然要去「長洲」站打卡啦,呢間餐廳🍴最出名就係長洲打卡牆😍勁似地鐵長洲站🚉😝 餐廳主打自家製乳酪飲品及卷蛋等😋🤩花雪角酪🌊🥤呢杯飲品係期間限定兼每日限定2️⃣0️⃣杯咋~以蝶豆花檸皮為主打,係杯面畫咗好靚既波浪🌊混合香濃芝士🧀及脆脆餅🧇,香甜又好飲😙角酪卷🍰同樣用蝶豆花製成,蛋糕口感綿密,唔會太濕潤及太甜😲 甜味主要來自乳酪餡,酸甜既乳酪cream,顏色奪目吸晴🫨 內餡係士多啤梨🍓及原味搭配,頭頂仲有一粒士多啤梨🍓,整體好靚兼打卡一流🤗餐廳飲品🥤蛋糕🍰特色好有特色及好飲,雖然店舖只有少量座位,但望住長洲打卡場真係任打卡,唔怪之得呢度係長洲新打卡地點🤩
