工廈入口唔係對正大馬路,而係在小路旁,所以都花咗少少力氣去搵入到嚟叫完餐,就已經不期然地同朋友傾偈呢度嘅檯凳雖然係木製,但坐落幾舒服,而且整體感覺俾人好安適,所以吹水吹耐咗都唔覺先嚟嘅係upgrade咗套餐嘅iced lemon tea係用啤酒杯裝住自己落糖漿之後係餐包同湯是日餐湯係whole wheat cream soup,食落有好多五穀粒粒,口感豐富食落唔似一般cream soup味道咁寡,多咗啲薏米香主菜我哋叫咗個pasta,一食落啲墨汁扁意粉,我同朋友都異口同聲咁話:「唔錯喎!」墨汁嘅味道鮮而香甜,醬汁濃而不膩pan-sealed scallops煎得好香,肉質彈牙爽口,味道甘甜,整隻帶子剛好熟透又唔會overcooked,呢個火候唔係間間西餐廳做得到因為醬汁黑色,睇落好難察覺佢入面仲有少少diced onions and sliced zucchini牛扒叫咗medium,見到都厚切,伴薯菜同紅椒壓成蓉嘅醬,紅酒汁切開肉嫩粉紅,係心中想要嘅medium熟嘅程度牛肉果然係dry-aged,牛味濃郁,肉同油脂係口中融合食完原味牛扒,再淋上紅酒汁,又有一番滋味好耐冇食過咁高質嘅牛
