如粵滬中菜廳(L’Hotel Group)平時黎唔係太多人,家庭聚會或朋友傾計食飯都唔錯。天然人參響螺炖烏雞湯用最少四小時熬製,湯身鮮同清,入口甘甜,好足料,沒有味精。菠蘿咕噜肉推用左無筋無骨梅頭肉,切成一片片後,沾粉炸至脆口,加上菠蘿酸酸甜甜,我女大愛。中山風味沙羗煎雞鍋金沙黃金軟殼蟹😋推雖然賣相一般,但真係好鬆脆,用左日式食材軟殼蟹,加入金沙鹹蛋黃,好野味但又唔油膩。素叉燒邊邊燒得濃濃的,好野味。唔講應該冇乜人知係偽叉燒。我女又係食唔停😋😋 。七味鹽燒茄子賣相又靚,炸得香脆鬆化。鮑汁瑤柱炒飯
