To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友聚舊，最想係坐得舒服，食物好味，環境清靜，位於上環 “稍息” 係好選擇。日式木系裝潢令人感覺放鬆，仲有榻榻米打卡位📸壽喜燒慢煮牛柳定食🐮定食包括湯、蒸蛋、漬物和白飯。牛柳沒有特別調味，食返本身嘅牛肉香味，牛柳非常嫩滑，加上生雞蛋調製醬汁好夾，好好味。日式野菌豚肉卷🐷豚肉包住滿滿嘅野菌，一啖放入口好有滿足感，調味都做得非常好，野菌好入味。起司明太子三文魚籽玉子卷🧀🥚🧈明太子好香，配上芝士同三文魚籽同嫩滑嘅雞蛋，完美嘅組合！清酒煮蜆🍶清酒帶出蜆嘅鮮甜，每隻蜆都大大粒，冇沙！梅酒梳打🥃梳打中和梅酒嘅甜味，飲落有淡淡梅酒味，好清新！芝士蛋糕伯爵🧀🍰非常香嘅伯爵茶味！不過蓋過哂芝士味！食物質素真係唔錯，美中不足係侍應非常笨拙，客人可能需要額外耐性😌
