Restaurant: Palace Wedding Banquet
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喱日（3/5/2022）二點幾，嚟到THE ONE搵食，真係好多選擇，各國美食都有，真係難選，最後搵到這食店，是因地方寬闊，已過午餐時間，只有寥寥可數的幾枱。選了近窗口位，雖然窗外都是密密的大廈，遠眺可見到對岸風景。下午茶選擇唔多點了蜜汁叉燒米線，一睇已見，叉燒有肉汁，唔嚡口脆皮燒腩仔米線，皮好脆黑魚籽醬燒賣，料足，好味潮式糯米卷，唔錯松子賽螃蟹餃，好足料，松子及魚籽咬落爽口，好多蟹肉，正鮮竹牛肉球班蘭馬拉糕，最快到既甜點，留到最後食，班蘭味剛好，食時仍軟嫩埋單$235
