To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慕名而來食佢哋個蘭王旦蔥油炸豬扒炒飯，嚟到一望真係有驚喜，先講炒飯和豬扒的份量的確好大，成塊豬扒冚晒隻碟，搞到冇位𢳂飯，以為今次搵到筍嘢，點知炒飯一食落口唔係熱，唔係即炒之餘又冇鑊氣，淨係食到好大浸香料味，好多蔥油驚死你唔夠，蔥油味道偏鹹多油，搞到飯底都好多油，油淋淋好滯口，而且好口渴，食一啖就飲一啖水，豬扒是熱嘅，但係冇乜味總之好淡口，最正常都係隻蘭王蛋，正正常常流心，冇乜特別驚喜，80幾蚊埋單，我諗唔會再有下一次。
