呢間係新派中菜為主既餐廳,裝修好靚,不過食物就真係唔平,食氣氛之餘,當食下創意呢道口水雞既煮法黎煮和牛面頰,配埋西瓜,太辣既話就可以食下西瓜中和下,配搭幾得意個人係黑松露愛好者,呢道黑松露整成既豆腐,感覺都幾新奇! 第一次咁食,口感不錯,真係有有黑松露味!呢款煙燻脆雞比一般酒店既炸子雞多左陣煙燻味,外皮係幾脆,好似食緊薯片咁,好重煙燻味!肉質鮮嫩,幾滑。呢道烤蝦上面淋既係呢間餐廳特製既芥末加牛油果醬,感覺幾特別,不過唔係我鐘意既味道,個人覺得海鮮都係就咁落幾粒鹽去燒就好好食。哈哈
