20190314🌧️Thursday🍄今日好特別日子🤗白色情人節🌹但係我地係約佐一班好耐無見既中學同學,選擇了一間粵菜中館🥢「中華滙館」舊舖係新同樂,老闆背景有傳係識飲識食既唐唐,能夠邀請到麗新集團旗下餐廳的要員做幕後班底,這間中菜廳應該有點不平凡。「中華匯館」行政總廚周卓雲,入廚38載,曾在恆生博愛堂任廚烹調宴會菜式,跟江太史家廚李才的後人李煜霖師傅學藝。寬闊玄關位,感覺光潔,再步入菜館,店內裝潢帶點古典味,如果有私人人宴會,可預定房間,大家坐低後,一邊談話,一邊Order 食物,服務水準真的不錯,因為大家點選食物都無數次,( 未能盡錄:灌湯小籠包,雞絲脆春卷👍石窩海味撈粗麵👍)但係Waitress 都表現親切笑容😍😍😍
