To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢碗「餐」「蛋」麵並非一般的餐蛋麵！因為佢係冇餐肉同埋冇蛋㗎🤣🤣 真係好強～平時甚少出街食素食嘅我表示震驚！！今日同屋企人去咗佢公司附近嘅一間素食店食lunch～屋企人唔食辣，好彩佢個麻辣麵可以嗌唔辣🤣🤣🤣 所以嗌咗一碗素荷包蛋+新餐肉麻辣淮山麵（唔辣）🤣 唔講嘅話完全唔知道原來塊餐肉唔係真餐肉🤣 隻雞蛋就係用腐皮嚟整，感覺好得意！我自己就嗌咗一個蕃茄新豬肉肉醬意粉🍝配豆腐扒～我會俾10/10分呢兜意粉！個豆腐扒出奇意料地好味，熱辣辣，夠味得來唔會太鹹，意粉個蕃茄醬都煮得好好味～我哋坐咗喺收銀附近，老闆娘得閒嘅時候同我哋傾咗幾句，先知道原來舖頭入面所有醬料都係佢哋自己煮👍🏻👍🏻😯 因為佢哋全店都冇用到任何蔥蒜！真係超勁！雖然間舖頭唔算好大，但係lunch time生意都好好， keep住有好多附近返工嘅人嚟買外賣，好彩我哋早到，先有兩個位～老闆娘好好人，見好多客人都有同老闆娘傾吓計，應該都係支持嘅熟客💕
