To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚約了舊大學同學到觀塘APM 睇戲,睇戲之前同學說附近有一間茶餐廳的牛腩不得不試,於是她帶我到那裡吃下午茶兼晚餐。除了餐廳門口貼上了一些名星同老板的合照外,表面看來就像一般的冰室、茶餐廳。坐下之後,我們點了侍應向我們大力推介曾獲獎的澳門炒飯及川醬干炒招牌牛腩河,另外再點了澳門豬扒包,當然有不得不吃招牌特級清湯牛腩。先來了澳門豬扒包,跟一般的豬扒包差不多,麵包烘得很脆,豬扒配上生菜番茄沙律醬,不會出錯的配搭。之後來了清湯牛腩,招牌食物的確不錯,清湯湯底鮮甜,灑上大量芫茜葱,很香。牛腩鮮嫩爽囗,柔軟且不肥。蘿白入味且很淋,一口蘿白便是一口清甜,蘿白跟牛腩的份量亦足。澳門炒飯跟招牌干炒牛腩河一齊上枱,侍應向我們大力推介也不無道理。炒飯是蝦膏炒飯,蝦膏把飯炒得惹味香口,咸香十足但不過咸,另外,除了一般的蛋,火煺絲及菜絲外,還加上不少迷你軟殼蝦及魚乾,炒飯吃來也特別有風味。川醬干炒招牌牛腩河,跟一般干炒牛河最大不同是用了牛腩取代牛肉,牛腩炒過之後依然爽囗,河粉很薄,滑而爽口。加入川醬去炒,干炒出來的河粉帶點香辣,很惹味,香辣得來又不會太油,這個得獎炒河真好吃。
