To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

非一般的canteen

今天來了金鐘這邊的政府合署辦手續，完成後到了這一間 “canteen”來食個下午茶原來這店是美心集團 但賣的食物比一般的美心快餐貴一點點，但食過後，我覺得物超所值的是日下午茶的餐牌由於是平日的關係，不難搵位，而且座位都多，空間感大，坐得都十分舒適我點的下午茶雖然餐單名跟一般的茶餐沒什麼分別但食起來感到很足料 先說那件多士，多士烘得脆脆，而且牛油融化了，令每啖多士都浸滿牛油味 很香很脆炒蛋十分嫩滑，而且份量都多，入面仲有煙肉碎，十分足料夠份量最後那碗榨菜肉絲米，雖然份量不多，但勝在味道夠，米粉爽口不會一pat pat過林是次係我第一次光顧 感覺良好 雖然較同行快餐店貴點 但仍可接受

雖然餐單名跟一般的茶餐沒什麼分別
但食起來感到很足料

炒蛋十分嫩滑，而且份量都多，入面仲有煙肉碎，十分足料夠份量
