特別的火焰麻辣雞煲,煮法係即場點火後再炒雞,之後再加入麻辣醬,炒出陣陣辣香味,勁惹味。店員介紹先食雞煲,之後可以加麻辣湯或者清湯打邊爐。食食下太辣可加清湯,但我地食食下係覺得唔夠辣,結果加多碗麻辣汁。而雞煲內件件都係雞比肉,雞肉又厚又滑,煮到麻辣汁入晒雞肉到,啖啖都係麻辣的味道。麻辣湯底最好就係放豬皮、餐肉、紅薯粉,吸晒麻辣汁就最好味。豬皮大大塊,由白雪雪煮到吸哂麻辣汁後,豬皮都變晒色,辣得好惹味。午餐肉和紅薯粉煮一陣就得,紅薯粉夠晒煙煙韌靭,好彈牙。
