一知道有新的韓國菜, 又點走得出我五指山✋ 環境好寧靜, 裝修亦好別緻😊如果在小每勿島上搭橋=香煎西冷牛扒店員建議煎5成熟就足夠, 因為底板會一直熱住牛扒, 會愈黎愈熟! 3款醬汁分別係芥末蒜蓉、檸檬鹽同埋甜酸醬😋 牛扒煎得好平均, 口感好軟, 都冇煎燶. 旁邊焗過的蒜頭可以配上牛扒同醬汁一齊食, 蒜頭的口感有d似熟薯仔, 一齊食好夾🙋🙋北漢山看雲海=清酒硯湯最頂的配料係薄荷葉, 覺得加落硯湯味道怪怪. 硯湯本身偏咸, 但酒味淡淡帶出硯的鮮味, 硯的數量都意外地多, 大概有30粒🙆仙巖村的秋天=酸甜芝麻湯喬麥麵唔知係咪因為未完全解凍, 有d喬麥麵係痴埋一舊. 湯底似芝麻醬味道, 不過加左d檸檬酸既感覺, 好開胃!
