To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾天首次到三姐飯店晚飯,勁多人,等了很耐.終於有位o正睇menu之時三姐親自介紹.幾親切喎吾似一般酒樓待應咁.奈何我人小小只能叫幾個招排菜.首先窩貼小棠菜.嚇親我原來吾係鍋貼係墨魚餅,又幾彈牙喎,好食.再三姐介紹咩咸鮮魚,要吾落豉油食架,我第一次食魚走豉油.好滑o重有豉油雞同咩白肉卷,原來係豆付,都係好滑o好有趣,每樣都係上檯先知道原來係D咩,你估吾倒.好surprise.重有一個叫蝴蝶蜆,好鮮甜真係好食,直得介紹.但三姐話吾係成日有的o埋單又吾洗比茶介加一,我幾個人都食得好滿足,只是位置較入,不過想食好野下次都會再去o
