近日好悶,周圍努力發掘小店!路經屯門置樂,見到「留民」個餐牌好多特別食物,即入去品嘗吓先!坐低叫咗幾款嘢食,有泡椒雞腳、自家生曬馬友一夜干、鹿兒島A5和牛膏飯、燒七里香同埋一杯黑白配!何謂黑白配?就係黑啤同白啤兩溝嘅啤酒🍻先食前菜泡椒雞腳,本身我唔係好食得辣嘅人,但同行者話想送吓啤酒🍻雞腳食落彈牙,有辣味但唔會好勁,香辣味道,令人越食越想食😋馬友一夜干,一夜干聽得多,但未食過,大多數喺居酒屋有得食!一夜干食第一啖有啲鹹,但當我食第二啖就覺得好惹味!真係好啱送酒食👍🏻燒七里香係我最期待嘅,我之前去親台灣都會必食七里香,可惜今年無得去呀!大廚燒得好靚😍一口咬落去🤩嘩!啲雞油喺我口中咇出嚟,肉質彈牙,又有𡁻口,真係勁勁勁好食呀🤩🤩🤩A5和牛膏飯看似平平無奇嘅燴飯,但當你放入口個味道真係不得了😍食落帶有蒜味,而且味道有層次,好似用牛油去整!我忍唔住問店員究竟大㕑用乜去整得咁香口呢?佢好細心話俾我知係用牛脂去整呢個飯,而且呢個飯係最受歡迎之一!和牛雖然得三四塊,但整得好入味!呢個飯真係癲好食,係我人生中食過最好食嘅燴飯🤩必食之選!我食完個飯後,好似唔夠飽,我再叫多個芝士蒜燒原條茄子,同埋忍唔住嗌

原條茄子食落好多汁,雖然油分多咗啲,但都無影響到茄子嘅口感,都唔錯!
我留意到牆上有幾張剪報,關於主廚兼老闆嘅訪問,原來乳鴿係老闆攞獎菜式,可惜今晩賣晒啦!繼續支持小店🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
