To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到食通天,因為本身趕時間,所以求其快揀一間食肆。一入到去,睇完個餐牌,嘗試搵一個侍應落單,隻手舉咗足足五分鐘都冇人理會。佢哋唔係睇您唔到,而係全部dub低頭望都望高過水平線。唔係誇張唔係屈佢哋,佢哋全部都係dub哂頭飄嚟飄去。睇完個餐牌之後,決定嗌個虎尾蝦意粉同埋雞扒意粉。個沙律不過不失、個南瓜湯變咗做蘑菇湯。個雞扒意粉啲雞扒好明顯真係好唔新鮮,啲肉質真係好有問題。個虎尾蝦意粉孤苦米蝦要三催四請之下先至到,結果味道又係令人失望。本來入座之前見到啲甜品個賣相咁精美,諗住加錢食好少少,結果打消念頭求其食個餐嘅甜品就算數。整體而言,枉佢個裝修同排場睇落唔錯,服務嘅水準同埋食物嘅質素卻完全唔對辦!
