我發現發現咗一間CP值超高嘅餐廳,今日帶我好朋友嚟試下,順便慶祝中秋。呢度菜式主打泰式加西式,而且仲係半自助餐形式,好少樓上舖會咁做。今晚我哋叫左$438嘅半自助套餐,有自助沙律吧、前菜、頭盤、主菜。沙律吧係無限次任食,而且一啲都唔普通,有溏心蛋、莎樂美腸、蟹腳、芝士拼盤同埋各款沙律菜。每款賣相都好精緻味美,每枱嘅客人都不斷添食。是日餐湯係南瓜湯,南瓜湯香濃鮮味,每啖都有南瓜蓉。頭盤:忌廉白酒煮青口配蒜蓉包(套餐加$28)忌廉白酒汁非常creamy,香濃嘅奶味配上新鮮嘅青口,真係絕配。蒜蓉包非常好食,佢嘅蒜蓉醬味係自己特別調制,香料味特別突出。椰香紅咖哩軟殼蟹配烤餅紅咖哩汁非常出色,烤餅酥脆而不油膩,兩者結合,食完唔會有罪惡感。軟殼蟹都好大隻,一人一半份量啱啱好。主菜:香煎黑松露雞卷,黑松露釀入雞肉入面,香煎而成,黑松露嘅份量都唔少,雞肉嫩滑。香煎美國頂級牛板腱牛板腱牛味香濃,肉質軟滑,廚師將牛板腱煎得外香內軟,入口肉味散發係口腔,估唔到樓上鋪有呢個水準,真係喜出望外。(私心大推)最後我哋飲埋泰式凍奶茶,佢嘅冰係用茶水製造嘅冰波,好有心去做呢杯茶。而佢嘅奶茶用一個好靚嘅樽裝住,單睇外表
