To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經食過好多次嘅台式便當，價錢相當吸引，喺銅鑼灣算係經濟嘅食店，炸雞脾同炸豬扒十分出色，炸雞脾係即炸的，雖然等得好耐，但每次都覺得好值得等，重有佢啲雞肉係好嫩滑同熱辣辣嘅，每次食完都好想聽日再食，讚不絕口，重有配菜都好好味，有粟米，粉絲同埋菜脯，配埋飲品每次都食到停唔到口😋😋而飲品都唔錯，抹香綠茶有小小苦澀，不過配小小糖我覺得都唔錯，好好飲估唔到喺香港都食到咁好味嘅台灣便當，值得推薦👍🏻👍🏻
