知道Tapa Room最近搬咗舖頭,所以特登嚟支持一下,呢度嘅員工實在非常好,熱情款待,讓我同我阿媽都可以享受一個舒服的下晝。餐廳的門面設計非常靚,好有超現代的感覺。我哋坐低嘅時候,梗係要點返兩杯飲品先,我鍾意飲Sangria,特別係白色嗰隻,因為呢餐自己本身諗住係食海鮮為主;我阿媽就飲唔酒精飲品,叫咗杯西柚汁。一開始嘅時候,我哋叫咗四個Tapas:第一個係呢度嘅名菜棒棒鵝肝,$78,開心果碎加鹽炒成嘅碎粒,再將鵝肝醬用白酒蒸,香口,味濃,仲有少少芝士香🥰 🇪🇸 之後我哋叫咗一個Cold Cut Platter Jamon, Manchego Cheese 🧀 ,$88,西班牙火腿味道非常香,加埋芝士一齊食,慢慢食,細細啖,零瀉享受,最緊要係入邊食,一邊飲。食完濃味野之後,我就叫咗個清新啲嘅青椒,Padron Peppers,$68。青椒應該係炸過嘅,再加少少鹽調味,裏面啲核都去得幾乾淨,感覺上就非常清新非常好食。清新完之後,就食少少海鮮,我哋叫咗呢個Clams in Lemon Wine Source,白酒煮出嚟嘅蜆肉,非常清新,非常香,加埋少少檸檬汁,海鮮味更加突出。佢嘅蜆肉亦都非

食完濃味野之後,我就叫咗個清新啲嘅青椒,Padron Peppers,$68。


青椒應該係炸過嘅,再加少少鹽調味,裏面啲核都去得幾乾淨,感覺上就非常清新非常好食。

之後我哋佢叫主菜,第一個我哋叫咗半隻蜜糖燒春雞:Piri Piri Honey Roasted Spring Chicken,$98。



令我驚喜嘅係,平時食燒春雞,啲肉都唔太滑,但呢度嘅春雞,雖然比較細隻,但係雞肉就非常滑。

我問呢度嘅職員,職員同我講,因為呢度嘅春雞係法國運過黎,佢哋亦都精心揀過,寧願要個質感靚啲,細舊啲,都唔想質地唔好。


我特別鍾意佢燒春雞個汁,因為除咗有蜜糖之外,佢亦都有甜椒,令到成個燒春雞甜得來又香,好好食。

再之後我哋叫咗二人份量的西班牙海鮮炒飯,$188,佢嘅蝦非常大隻,炒飯亦都非常香,非常入味。

甜品方面我哋叫咗個西班牙油條,Churro。🇪🇸Tapa Room嘅西班牙Churro,佢唔似馬德里果種長條、淋身嘅整法,反而Localised左做脆身、硬身嘅做法,我個人較喜愛🥰,再配多杯Sangria就一流🍸
