To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先點心的質量真的不敢恭維，品質跟三四星酒店自助餐的垃圾點心一樣，花這個價錢專門吃點心放題的我倍感失望。菜色少不在話下，在90分鐘內上菜速度也最多只夠三到四次輪迴。重點是埋單的時候，我們剛滿11歲的小朋友居然被說不是小朋友，不能同行免費，要收半價。明明在open rice這裡都明文黑字寫著3-11歲是小朋友，他們卻硬說要未滿11歲才是兒童，但又能算他半價。到底為什麼不是兒童又能半價，但又不能享有二人同行兒童免費的優惠呢？我認為open rice在這裡也需要嚴肅跟進小童年齡的定義，不要給灰色地帶大家引起爭拗。
