這一間餐廳是日本師傅主理的廚師發板日本餐廳!我留意左呢間餐廳好耐,等緊機會帶老婆過嚟試一下!比我見到上網定位有九折,即刻就定位食晚飯,不過都要定一個星期之後!樓下就有停車場方便泊車,上到去就發現只有一間他們的餐廳!都有幾張枱,但係食廚師發板梗係要坐埋吧枱同師傅一齊傾睇住佢煮啦!去到有兩個價錢選擇,1200幾同埋1500百幾!我見有九折梗係食個貴㗎啦!前菜: 八爪魚仔:不錯茶蒸碗:熱辣辣正出嚟,好滑好香蛋味,師傅話用日本蛋架六款刺身安康魚肝:鍾意食魚肝嘅人一定覺得呢個好正深海池魚:師傅攞條魚出嚟俾我哋睇,話下晝先去啱啱由東京運到過嚟,新鮮到極點!估唔到真係咁好味赤魚吞拿,春魚,池魚:非常新鮮,而且厚切,非常鮮甜北海道牡丹蝦:好大隻,非常鮮甜,甜味在我口腔裏面徘徊,認真超正六款壽司:師傅用嘅咪當然係日本米,米味會比較重,加埋壽司醋,特別香口彈牙螄魚:這個魚就比其他魚淡一點,櫻花調魚+肝:這個月我之前都未食過,師傅話這個魚如果唔係最新先會好淡味,今日食嘅係最新鮮嘅時候,果然零舍不同深海池魚腩:這個魚味就更加突出,當然都冇任何腥味,好想食多舊吞拿:這個位置是冇咁肥美,但係都好香北海道帶子:好大
