Very poor service. Terrible phillipino staff. Me and my friend were “assigned” to sit right next to the exit door. We tried to close the door as there is a construction site right opposite the shop and it is just not nice to have the door open when one is eating. The staff came to us and said the door need to be open. I asked why? She said the customers need to use the door to exit. I was like they can open the door if they exit and close it again. Doesn’t need to leave the door open at all time

We tried to close the door as there is a construction site right opposite the shop and it is just not nice to have the door open when one is eating. The staff came to us and said the door need to be open. I asked why? She said the customers need to use the door to exit. I was like they can open the door if they exit and close it again. Doesn’t need to leave the door open at all times right. It was so noisy, dusty and unhygenic in general. I asked if it is the company’s policy to keep the door open like this. The staff gave me a very bad face and said YES. It is ridiculous. Will never return again!
