8月30日星期五。這天難得邀得工作至上的同事H來跟我和同事W一同吃午餐。我便選了比較近辧公室的午餐地點。就是這間SourDough。有一次經過這裡看到有人龍在餐廳外等候座位。我們那天來得早。又碰巧門口旁的座位空著。我和同事W都喜歡坐在那裡。原本是感覺舒適的。後來有兩位男士在外排隊。二人將身體靠近座位,他們的頭就在我頭上,讓我感覺不自在。幸好十數分鐘後他們入座了。這裡有沙律、三文治和麵包售賣。在左邊櫃位選擇了食物後,店員會處理食物,例如將三文治烘熱和切成一半。我們只需走到右邊的收賬櫃位付款便可以。食物會由店員送上。據聞這裡的所有麵包均以酸種製作方式天然發酵而成。當天素食的三文治有這兩款。純素的只有左邊那一個。另外亦有純素的麵包和沙律。座位後面的玻璃門沒有關上。我們如坐半露天座位。背後沒有人在排隊的話,其實我們都享受坐在這裡。雜菌蘆筍三文治,$65。很多青綠色的蔬菜。蘆筍嫩。菇菌軟滑。買任何沙律或三文治,可以$22加購飲品。我點了Cafe Mocha 莫卡咖啡(單點價是$40)。轉換燕麥奶不用加錢。咖啡和巧克力的味道濃郁。口感順滑。

Poor service. Totally feel like self serviced cafe. First of all, as we needed to wait for our seat like in IKEA. After the previous customer gone, the female told us off that table is for family.🙄 after 15 minutes of wait and we were standing in front of the till (In front of her). She located us at the back of the store in front of the cubicle. That area is so stuffy no ventilation at all. The latte art was fine, but tasted awful. Their coffee is actually worse than Starbucks, so watery...seems like they don't know the standard of latte and flat white is. Totally spent around $300.

講起西式早餐,好似來來去去都係all day breakfast今次來sourdough,食返個甜甜地嘅早餐🥣🐟Smoke salmon on sourdough基本上枱枱都會叫😍有芝士,同時加咗點加咗cream chessy,食落唔漏,不過不失🫐 kouign amann cassic呢個係食落似danish 嘅 法式奶油酥,我㨂咗黑加侖子味,好好食😋個糖衣有點黏牙,但甜食我覺得係比佢咸食優勝🍓士多啤梨吉士軟包賣相幾靚,打卡一流,不過不失🥐Sour dough croissant雖然食到呢度好飽😅但都要試埋佢個牛角包有點太大個,不過上盤時熱辣焗好,幾脆

行過灣仔Sourdough買早餐🥣,突然想食可麗露,揀咗雲尼拿味$22,有紙袋載,可簽卡。咬落去,外脆有焦糖味,內軟有雲尼拿味,雖然細細粒,做早餐🥣都夠,送咖啡☕️正

呢間店我真係大推,通常只要去親灣仔都會食佢,試過好多嘅甜品或者麵包都冇一個係伏,最重要全部都好食🫶🏻而且喺呢啲區竟然咁好食嘅麵包都淨係30幾蚊仲可以堂食,而且又唔使收+1服務,真係冇得輸🤩最重要位置又坐得舒服,而且又有啲打卡座位,啱晒我呢啲港女🤭今次叫咗黃桃撻(唔記得咗全名),佢出面嗰個酥皮依然都係好脆好多層,食落好香,而且中間嘅奶油好似加咗啲乳酪咁,酸酸甜甜好好食😋另外仲叫咗荔枝酥(唔記得咗全名),呢個食落就係麵包嘅質感,但係出面嗰層酥都係好脆,荔枝喺上面帶點清香嘅感覺,呢個又係好鍾意💖呢間盲揀都冇錯,超級推薦!!
