To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見佢宵夜20:30後火鍋料半價又有$68/隻大閘蟹又幾多人食緊 咁就試下啦點知食到一肚氣🔥🔥🔥本身其實係想食個$1雞鍋不過原來要3位以上先有咁由佢啦 望落火鍋都抵掛咁就入去咁佢啲剔剔紙無寫一份係有幾多我地打算問下好有禮貌咁問「唔好意思,想問一份海蝦係大概有幾多隻?」點知個阿姐就勁無禮貌仲發老脾話「我都唔知喎,我點知姐,我做樓面又唔係做廚房,你要知嘅咪去廚房問囉!」然後我地就😨😰😵🤯😡咁樣心諗我都係問下 唔知咪答唔知 唔洗咁樣掛講返食物啦火鍋方面 清湯底值$88 宵夜都無得減 味道一般可接受火鍋料我地就叫左肥牛、豬肉、四寶丸、芝士腸、響鈴、蜂巢豆腐、炸魚皮、脆肉鯇中肯啲肥牛、四寶丸、炸魚皮係ok 嘅 半價之後係幾抵食 夠新鮮但豬肉雖然薄 但都好鞋芝士腸就唔知點解無乜味脆肉鯇一啲都唔爽亦都鞋十十另外我地仲叫左兩隻大閘蟹都幾滿意 兩隻蟹公都幾多羔 值得叫兩個人食左$400幾但啲料就真係出面火鍋任食仲好味最重要係食到一肚氣唔會再食 完

火鍋方面 清湯底值$88 宵夜都無得減
味道一般可接受
火鍋料我地就叫左肥牛、豬肉、四寶丸、芝士腸、響鈴、蜂巢豆腐、炸魚皮、脆肉鯇
中肯啲肥牛、四寶丸、炸魚皮係ok 嘅
半價之後係幾抵食 夠新鮮
但豬肉雖然薄 但都好鞋
芝士腸就唔知點解無乜味
脆肉鯇一啲都唔爽亦都鞋十十

另外我地仲叫左兩隻大閘蟹
