Restaurant: BAI FUNG BENTO (Hysan Place)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期六3:50左右去到這家店已經見到很多很氣憤的客人等待食物或order food. 我等左15 分鐘才有人可以Order. 一開始叫牛腩,話賣曬,改叫雞翼。之後叫奶蓋奶茶,就話無奶蓋。叫珍珠又話無珍珠。最後連奶茶都話無。只好叫芋頭鮮奶。再叫在個肉燥青菜。用Lee Garden coupon, 個 staff scan 左10 次都話5得又瀨話我個手機screen 太暗,叫我5好用 coupon 用 cash 比$。 之後我話剛剛先係第二間用完,無理由5得。又5知等在幾耐,有另一個老d既staff 話$99 用5到 coupon 要一定過$100。我就算啦加隻流心蛋,又話無,之後話我點解5知要過$100,佢既態度非常差,罵人的聲線。之後逼我叫其他食品,我非常氣憤,為什麼我要叫一些我不想食的食物?這位staff 即刻罵我”客人永遠是對的”, 之後用國語罵我。依位staff 真的很過份⋯⋯最後另一位staff 就叫我買一個紙杯完左件事,當然佢沒有給我這紙杯。最後攪到4:50 先埋到張單。依家野5知點做生意,乜都無就5好開鋪啦!自己解決5到 operation 的問題仲罵d客!不知所謂⋯⋯
