To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年初二中午去吃開年飯,一行18人一早已付訂金和確認入坐時間。給果由原本12:30-1300入坐變成13:45,14:05才開始上菜。明白生意難做有機會午市要做兩輪,那為何不早說,讓客人決定是否訂坐?菜式部分也難食。白焯蝦味道和口感都不成,像用冷凍蝦,肉質差和冇蝦味。蒸魚的豉油太少,蓋不了單薄的養魚味。一星期前已確認要改的甜點結果和原本菜單一樣,無人理會。已在這食店食團年開年飯多年,家人今天說服務太差,以後唔幫襯
