Restaurant: The Chef's Table
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一家七人本來係諗住食團年飯的，最後選擇了哩間自助餐廳離屋企近的就阿媽，點知宜家啲食物勁差，本身有七個燉盅的，點知拿著4個其中一個係已經酸臭了的，難為我妹夫試了一大啖，叫了部長過嚟，聞完仲死撐冇問題，叫佢自己試飲又唔敢，最後拿走換咗一盅，點知去到最尾結果係阿媽、妹夫同我老婆中招⋯⋯又屙又嘔，搞到大年初一去睇急症.......真係勁失望😞之前都一直有幫襯開嘅，記得冇咁差嘅，但係經過今次慘痛嘅經歷以後都唔再幫襯
