銅鑼灣來來去去都係日本菜、西餐同火鍋店,朋友介紹最近新開咗一間西班牙菜叫SABROSA,今日就約埋去試吓新嘢。餐廳環境都幾有情調,無論情侶嚟拍拖定三五知己嚟傾吓偈都一樣咁啱。先嚟一個西班牙凍湯,紅菜頭打成嘅凍湯,再加入雜莓,味道清新,上面有忌廉同杏仁片,令口感更豐富。鰻魚配檸檬漬有微微嘅檸檬清香,鰻魚燒烤後嘅肉質仍然保持嫩滑,而喺鰻魚之下更配有多士同醃蕃茄,是一道開胃嘅前菜。香燒北海道帶子配珍珠麵嘅帶子兩面煎得甘香,而入面嘅肉質仍然保持鮮嫩,旁邊配有牛蒡,珍珠麵口感煙韌,有啲似食緊薏米,對我嚟講係一個新嘅嘗試而且係一個感覺唔錯嘅體驗。地中海辣蜆其實感覺唔算辣,而係帶有香料味道嘅茄汁。特別值得一讚嘅係佢哋嘅多士,食落香脆而帶有牛扒味道嘅油香,細問之下原來佢哋嘅多士係用牛油煙燻過,所以帶有特別嘅香味。蜆肉粒粒飽滿,而且亦均勻地沾有各式香草同汁醬,非常惹味。然後主菜就揀咗味道比較濃郁嘅西班牙紅蝦海膽飯,賣相已經夠晒精緻。紅蝦肉質爽脆,而且經炸過嘅蝦殼亦變得香脆,可以原隻連蝦殼一齊進食。海膽醬成為咗呢個飯嘅靈魂,味道極鮮,再拌入旁邊嘅特色醬,令味道更有層次。精緻而美味嘅西班牙菜當然要配有特色飲
