To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雨下不停的一天，和朋友吃午飯。平日大排長龍的茶木竟然不用等位！一直好奇這店為何會長龍不息，一於試下。未坐下，店員已表示限時90分鐘。點了個午餐，$60有紅燒牛肉麵和一杯飲品，我選了柚子茶。紅燒牛肉麵非常普通，牛肉都算焾和入味，湯底談不上好味，麵質談不上彈牙，吃完不會回味那種。柚子茶就更加沒有特色可言。本來也想試試招牌菜蜜糖磚，但友人是待嫁新娘要節制飲食，於是細細份叫了個tiramisu。本來跟lunch set的話，蛋糕只需加$18，但店員說落單時已過了午餐時段所以要收正價$38。哦，算啦。Tiramisu好細份，味道也是很一般，坦白說這質素要收$38頗為不值。唯一一讚是店面裝修清新，主食價錢也不算貴；服務方面店員冇乜笑容（其實當時都唔算好忙），桌與桌之間很窄，若不是坐卡位感覺很擠。好彩今日不用排隊，若要排隊而吃得這樣普通，就不值得了。
