To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朝聖到訪罷工越南餐廳, 食咁耐越南嘢,第一次見餐牌有蟹膏麵, 就試下啦。最快到是香茅牛肉河,標準沒甚驚喜,牛肉香,湯甜,但另要的辣椒粒非常驚喜,沒有惹火的紅,卻是黃綠的椒絲,非常的辣,比吃平常的紅椒粒有意外驚喜。蟹羔麵來到好有雜錦麵感覺,有豆卜,豬紅,扎肉,牛腩碎,生菜絲,蕃茄同蟹羔,初時真係唔知蟹羔在哪,但原來係一件件熟蟹羔伴在類似煎蛋上(定成件黃色都係蟹羔?)湯底有D似馬拉亞參喇沙,酸酸地,檬粉白幼米粉咁,幾滑幾特別,開啟了我越南食物的新境界,意想不到的味道。越式豬扒法包,到枱見蔥不見豬扒,一大堆蔥原來有意思,法包拌著大量生鮮的蔬菜,煎的香軟的豬扒,外脆內軟的法包,老公讚不絕口,法包夾著材料又冇跌材料出來,一大口少少甜的豬扒法包,好吃。熱水有點檸檬清新,阿姐們是流利的普通話對話,到這店好多驚喜。區區食玩遊-荃灣
